DIY Neck Pain , Posture and Headache stretches

This is a video I recently done for everyone to be able to do .It will explain the muscles that a responsible for effecting neck pain , change in posture and headaches.
These stretches are to be held for 20 seconds each and 3 times.
If there is any tingling , numbness , shooting pain and loss of vision during these stretches stop them immediately and consult your nearest chiropractor.
It will help correct forward head carriage . Prevent Headaches by stretching the spasming muscles. Reduce neck pain but reducing the referring pain from affected muscles.
